I don't have a convenient way of testing on that platform.

I suppose I could use QEMU.

If you know of a cloud service that would run such a binary, please let me know.

Most simplist way is if you have android phone (ALMOST all Android phones and specially Samsung Phones are ARM/ARM64): Install termux (terminal emulator) Install VncViewer for playStore Install this ubunto https://github.com/modded-ubuntu/modded-ubuntu in termux And now you can install gimp or whatever you want on it and you can control it from vncViewer
