missing entries in data/date_time_zonespec.csv

Hi, it looks like the date_time_zonespec.csv (https://github.com/boostorg/date_time/blob/develop/data/date_time_zonespec.csv) file is missing all entries after "Pacific/Yap" (in alphabetical order). Among the missing ones are Singapore, US/*, and UTC. Is it possible to update this file to reflect all the entries please?
