Local provider : Improve and update current documentation

The current documentation of the local provider needs to be improved.

Some points that need to be improved (but not limited to) are:

• The sign-up example is using bad parameter names role instead of roles

• Specify how to confirm

• Specify that the sign-in response is different from other providers

• nedb and express are dependencies for the local provider
