Homogenize the "Outputs" shown after deploying the app among all providers

After a deployment using a specific provider, some useful information is shown like the HTTP base URL or the WebSocket URL.,Rignot now, each provider is using its own names and format. We should homogenize this so that it is easier to refer to them in the docs and users get a nicer UX.
