Add supports for subscriptions in the Azure provider

Booster supports subscriptions to read model state changes via websockets. This mechanism allows a UI application to get real-time notifications when the data in one of the observed read model changes. Unfortunately, this feature is not supported yet in the Azure provider. This ticket is here to remind us to solve that situation.
