Probably out of scope for this plugin. You could manually upload a file via another plugin (like BuddyDrive) and then edit your welcome email to add a link to this attachment.

Thanks for opening this @r-a-y and would agree with the attachments they can just be dumped into Media Library to grab a link. Or BuddyDrive is group admin isn't a wp admin.
