Migration to and from Slowroll, and between Slowroll snapshots

Would it be possible to implement migration between Tumbleweed and Slowroll, or between Slowroll snapshots?

The trick would be snapshot slowroll to begin with. Either that would need to be external to opensuse.org or would need to take place on the download.opensuse.org server like the tumbleweed snapshotting.
