"tumbleweed update" won't update packages if cancel the first time

If I do, when a new snapshot is available:

1, tumbleweed update 2, Say "n" to the zypper Continue prompt 3, tumbleweed update

I will be told I'm already on the latest version, even though I haven't actually updated any packages. A simple "zypper dup" will fix this, but I would have expected the second "tumbleweed update" to have done this for me.
