A pull request adding docs for the current RSS feeds and an RSS feed for shelves. Should not be merged until https://github.com/bookwyrm-social/bookwyrm/pull/3013 is merged.

Adds documentation for the PR for https://github.com/bookwyrm-social/bookwyrm/issues/2871

@mouse-reeve I hope you don't mind that I used your profile url as the example. You're kind of the Myspace Tom here, so it seemed like the best example. I'm very open to other ways of demonstrating the RSS urls.

Argh. Looks like this also includes some docs from a different PR with developer documentation. Hope it isn't controversial and is ok to merge in.
