Book editions can't be deleted / edited

Describe the bug Right now editions can't be deleted. On my instance someone added completely different books as editions to an other book, so we are now stuck like that since we can't remove nor edit editions. This in turn leads to missing books in series and maybe other problems I am not aware of.

Expected behavior Allow an editor to delete an edition reference, so that it becomes a separate book.

Book # 9 and # 11 are missing, they are editions of book # 10.
