Better clarification about the production nginx configuration

Hi,

Now with the 0.7.2 release, you suggest a modification of the default.conf file. However, the portion of the file which is changed is actually commented on the original version. I don't see intructions about uncommenting, I don't see intructions about how that would impact setups where a reverse-proxy is used.

It would be nice to get a little clarification on which scenario these changes would apply.
