Update Knex version

Introduction

This is a simple update to the latest version of Knex

I can't do much to help it along, but I did get back around to looking at this lately. From what I can tell, the only other change that would be needed here would be to update the node_js versions in .travis.yml to remove 10 and possibly add 16.

I updated the Travis file just incase, but at this point I'm pretty sure this project is dead, and I have begun working on a replacement.
