[BUG] /team promote -> specified player not found

What is the bug?

Hello, I'm getting the specified player not found when someone tries to promote someone in the team even when both of them are online. And both of them are online users too.

Expected Behaviour

Team member should be promoted

How to Reproduce

Not really sure unfortunately, but I can try to help debug it
