Describe the solution you'd like Towny support connecting teams to towns/nations, auto adding members to towns (if they are already inside the team.)

Using TownyAdvanced's API, automatically add members to their the team owner's town. (Maybe add a config value to disable or enable that.) And maybe a symbolic link between the town and the team (if they have the same name or maybe a command like /team link <town-name>, then it would link them together. Useful for Towny War addons.
