Real talk descriptions vs teaser descriptions

Talks should have 'real' descriptions and 'teaser' descriptions.

The YAPC admins can see real descriptions but the teasers are shown until the talk is finished and then ACT shows the real description (and maybe a link to see the teaser as well afterward)

Also it would be nice if the speaker has the option to have the URLs entered but not displayed until the talk happens.

Ok, so this boilds down to:

a new field, "teaser"
making the teaser and description & link appear / disappear depending on the date

The second part is easy, just some template hacking. The first part needs modifying the database schema.
