New design or CSS theme feature

Hi! I love this app and find it very good for keeping track of upcoming media I want to see/play in the future so thanks a lot for all your work!

I don't know if this is something you looking for help with but I took a swing at making the design of it a bit more modern by making some CSS styling, see below how it looks. Would you consider adding a feature to inject custom CSS by the user to be able to override the current look or even implement something similar as the default design? I am happy to help if I can in any way if that would be the case. I also attached the CSS I made if you find it interesting.

Can I also ask for adding a favicon so adding a bookmark to the bookmark bar looks a bit nicer :)
