Sync between media apps

I d'ont know if its even possible that type of integration but it would be great if the app could automatically sync with media platforms, some examples(,some maybe impossible):

• Sync with steam to display played games and its played time, maybe even favourites as to watch
• Sync with indivious or Newpipe to display watched youtube content
• Sync with cloudstream, plex, netflix, to display whatched
• Sync with kindle to display books read

Maybe there is a way around i did not think, cause doing that will mean implementing it in some way for every app, maybe it exists a method to make it that if the app has an api, or export of some kind, to translate it to something mediatracker understands, like a conversion.
