Make RSS feed more visible

Make the feed more visible. It's hard to know that there is one and even if you know it's not easy to understand that you need to go to the settings page to find it.

Example of better solution: Place a RSS-icon next to the feed.

The icon should only be visible when the RSS feed is enabled. The icon should only by visible for users who can see the options page. Icon can be the dashicons one: https://developer.wordpress.org/resource/dashicons/#rss
