Don't log the deletion of post type customize_changeset

It seem like the customizer has some thinks going on that looks bad in the log. Reported by user here:

It's probably the post type customize_changeset and the customizer that is reponsible.

Can confirm this issue. Steps to reproduce:

• Activate a classic theme like Twenty Twenty
• Click "Customize" in the admin bar
• Customize something and click Publish
• Check the log for not so helpful messages
