Would people like a Test Suite and CLI running of Model?

I have a fork that contains a regression test suite for the model and a very simple CLI to run in straight Python, outside of a notebook. I created a PR with these but closed it as I figured I should check here to see if these features would be supported? The test suite would be nice to ensure the model still generates labels after some changes are made to the code or to the libraries.
