Stratum connection timed out

When mining the coin, the miner often encountered the problem that "Stratum connection timed out". How can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

check this in the pool.json "job": { "blockRefreshInterval": 1000, "rebroadcastTimeout": 180

@BigKevy Thanks. It really works. Now I have a new problem. The pool did not pay the miners. All the coins mined went to the address of wallets configured in the pool.json. So How can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

thats cool ....is the wallet encrypt ? if the payout wallet is encrypt dose it need the passphrase or pass word to send coins to the miners ? may be a problem
