Are you by any chance behind a firewall or proxy? If you are not on a corporate network, can you try changing your DNS resolvers temporarily to a public one...

Good to know it works with a VPN. Unable to tell if it's geoblocked. A Meta engineer would have to check. There's a greater possibility that your ISP has it...

Someone at Meta would have to check this. The new site is on Cloudflare, there might be a WAF rule applied that blocks the country. The legacy site is elsewhere.
