GPU Profiling Support

Hello! First of all - thanks a lot for the great tool you're making, and especially for making the Rust bindings :) I've got one question though - do you have an intention to expose GPU API's in this crate? As far as I can see, they're not exposed in C API of the optick project itself, so there are some difficulties with this, I suppose? Thanks!
