Hi mate, I don't know if you work more on this project or if you aren't more interested on DMX, anyway I would ask you if you may port this to the WLED project, giving it a chance to receive DMX commands by wire. Your input code is the best (and more stable) I've found around, and it's written already for ESP8622, maybe it's not complicated :)
