Add Python 3 PAM compatibility

Fix the following error from /var/log/auth.log: /lib/security/howdy/pam.py[6883]: File "/lib/security/howdy/pam.py", line 13, in /lib/security/howdy/pam.py[6883]: config = ConfigParser.ConfigParser()

Targetting master instead dev because this is a fix for older releases of howdy.

Estou com problemas para fazer o howdy funcionar. Ele não está desbloquando o meu notebook, abre a tela de teste no terminal com o sudo howdy test e ele reconhece o rosto marcando com um circulo vermelho, mas quando o notebook bloqueia ele passa os 10 segundos que coloquei para ele tentar reconhecer e mesmo assim ele não reconhece e retorna a mensagem que excedeu o tempo de reconhecimento. Esse mesmo notebook utilizava o windows hello e funcionava, alguem poderia me ajudar ?
