Issue: Trying to parse big/old projects results in an error

Honestly speaking, I don't know why this error happened for sure, but with freshly created projects - no problems, with old enough and big projects - this error occures. Screenshot 2021-01-30 220310

Interesting, it seems that older versions of After Effects store data in a different format. Can you provide a simple project that recreates this error?

I just thought for a moment that this may not be tied to version, but to some unsupported effects and stuff... For example, this project uses Trapcode Particular and fails with an error

While this one relies only on basic shape layers and thus everything is fine
