Add 'open-aside', 'go-anywhere' and 'leointeg-welcome'/'leointeg-settings' to the minibuffer.

It's annoying to have to know that those 3 commands are only available in vscode's command pallete and interface: 'open-aside', 'go-anywhere' and 'leointeg-welcome/settings' and not in the minibuffer just because they were introduced by leointeg and are not in the original Leo.

So they should be made available through the minibuffer also instead of only in the vscode palette/buttons.
