Home / End (goto first/last visible) collapse the model of the tree!

Doing home / end in an expanded tree makes the next moves (up and down ) jump over children of root nodes, symptom that the tree model is collapsed!

Fixed in next leointeg 1.0.8 version to come out in a few weeks, (late june / early july) along with appropriate server modifications in Leo 6.6.3.
