corrupted outlines crash server on file open / import

Should just prevent opening of the file, or prevent the refresh of the @file node. (discovered after mistyping a '!' in a sentinel and saving)

Trigger by replacing a //@+others with //@!+others

cant reproduce. Maybe it was fixed by the PR that fixed https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/2624
