Implement undo-history panel

Already implemented in leojs, so see its implementation for basic principle.

IMPORTANT: maybe limit server method to output only a limited number of undos to be seen before and after the current bead, to limit communications data size. - or- have a big(er) debounce delay for the refresh of this panel.

Leo's leoserver.py has undo beads listing support since 6.6.1. Only thing needed now is support on leoInteg's side.
