Also happens for my extensions "LeoJS" https://github.com/boltex/leojs . Specifically, I'm getting the **"Invalid flags: dgm"** error messages, which renders my extension somehow unresponsive!
Restarting vscode helps but this comes back from time to time. (as of a few days)
