underscores and hyphens in contenttypes - a warning for 3.1

Please add a warning to the upgrade pages that hyphens, underscores etc. cause contenttypes to break.

Now that 3.2 is the default, I'm not sure if this is very much needed anymore. Or add "If you need underscores, update to 3.2+", perhaps?
