Tags field / select field option

We already support tags (dynamically added select field values).

I'd like to have the option to add values to a select field dynamically (similar to Bolt's tags).

Please do introduce this feature!

I would very much like to have the options derived from previous values entered into the select field of the contentType, but if there is no matching option then the ability add a new value which will then be added to the options for any future selection. Exactly as the taxonomies "tags" functions, but without having to create a new taxonomy and having the values stored as an array the contenType select field itself.
