[FR] 1.10 D2ExpRes compatibility

D2ExpRes is a popular plugin widely used in 1.10 mods.
when D2SE compatibility fixed, there should be needs for the compatibility.
(only wrapper part. svens wrapper does not work very well on some GPUs/drivers)

previously only a dedicated hacked version of svens wrapper supports it.

not really prioritizing but nice to have.

Hmm what purpose would D2ExpRes have? It seems like a resolution mod.

Ah, well hopefully SGD2FreeRes can add support for 1.10 eventually.

This request is more of... relief measure for old, existed mods that have been adapted their own HiRes UI to the plugin... A lot 1.10 mods using it.
