Visual Bug with WP Interface (0.99.504)

How to reproduce (only 1.13c tested) go back to town with WP and click on town WP, wait for a few seconds, WP Interface partly disappears revealing black tiles for a very short amount of time.

Love the video clips, makes it easy to see what's going on. I have noticed this in another circumstance: if I teleport back to Rogue Encampment after an excursion, I will get a similar "black frame" after a second or so. Not sure why that happens, yet.
