Minor Issue with compatibility mode detection

Hi,

Thanks for your work on D2DX the look and smooth motion is amazing.

Reporting a minor issue with compatibility mode detection. Even if I disable compatibility mode in Game.exe and DiabloII.exe I still get the error message:

Its easily fixed by setting config file option nocompatmodefix=true.

I's more a major issue since the fix doesn't work for me
So, if you have the same problem, putting -dxnocompatmodefix in command line worked for me.

I was having the exact same issue on my PC which has Windows 11, but that parameter solved it.
