Couple of feature requests

This project is awesome you guys, I have had it for a few months and it has been great, you have definitely accomplished your goal. But after my time with it, it would be even better to see the following in future updates.

• Nvidia ShadowPlay support Currently the Nvidia overlay works, but if you try to record it will switch it off straight away. Would be good to see this working maybe with game filters too, (I'm not sure if you can do any of this is on your end, but none the less, it's worth mentioning.)

• Discord presence Diablo 2 has never been detected by discord, even before this wrapper. The only time I have seen diablo 2 working in discord is using the d2se mod manager. Again I'm not sure how much of this is possible, but it would be good to have rich presence too.
