Middleware capability

Add the ability for library users to add Middleware that can hook into the Command/Reply chain. This can be used for instance to implement custom FTP commands or devise a notification mechanism based on FTP commands or replies. Perhaps HTTP frameworks like Tide can be of inspiration.
