Error on compilation

When trying to compile the Fuse Project for local preview, i got this error:

(unknown): I0000: Failed to compile .NET type 'GalleryImpl': The invoked member is not supported before the type is created.

is there some requirement? it works ok on a macbook, but it doesn't on a windows notebook if you need more info please let me know

This should be pretty easy to fix for someone with access to Windows and some Uno knowledge.
