"Loading BokehJS..." in second, etc. tabs in JLab

Sometimes bokehjs-jupyterlab integration doesn't recognise that bokehjs was already loaded, leaving "Loading BokehJS..." on screen, instead of acknowledging it was loaded and its version number. This happens when more than one tabs are open in JLab. E.g.:
