Add QUIC protocol support

[begmaroman]

gRPC server running under QUIC protocol requires benchmarking and load testing. The current version does not support QUIC.

Add options to the runner:

• Specify custom dialer
• Specify custom transport credentials

I clonned this repo and modified it accordingly using github.com/coremedic/grpc-quic lib. It works well.
