Generate an uploadable file for USDB

  • [ ] USDB currently expects CRLF as line endings, LF does not work
  • [ ] reinsert metatags to #VIDEO tag
  • [ ] potentially adapt medley metatags if BPM was changed
  • [ ] re-append " [DUET]" to #TITLE
