idea: command for changelog preview

It would be great to have a way to see changelog preview. It would show me the latest releases with it's features / fixes, but also parsing the current pre-release commit messages and shows what is upcoming. That'd be a great way to see what's coming up, and a good starting point to work on a project (again)
