Support Robo ^2

Hi there, thanks for your work on this library. I'm rolling new releases of my packages with API breaking changes. Because of this, I'm also spending the time updating dependencies so I have a really clean and maintainable install-base.

I've already updated typhonius/acquia-php-sdk-v2 with typhonius/acquia_cli as a downstream dependency. I'd like to use consolidation/Robo ^2 but will also need this library to support it too as there is currently an incompatibility as this library supports Robo ^1. Would it be possible to bump the dependencies to allow the newer version please?
