I did it the other way around: installed the EDR kernel into a working DR-DOS 7.03. I can confirm that when launching a second task, there is no output on...
Additional info: my tests were done without any memory manager and with `taskmgr /s`, as the bug was about the _task switcher_.
The TASKMGR problem seems to be resolved by commit [8b28835](https://github.com/SvarDOS/edrdos/commit/8b288357f34119154574d7ba2b3db35f44db0149).
