No preview in After Effects

So I just installed 5.7.13 and since I installed it if I render a lottie whenever I try to preview it in 90% of the cases it thows an error - "this animation could not be loaded", or in the alternative the whole plugin window starts glitching and flickering....

I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it but that didn't help much...

hi, what version of OS and AE are you using? I'm testing it on multiple platforms, and it seems to work fine.

i am using the latest version of AE(18.4.1) and OS (BigSur 11.4)

That being said - I think it is related to the comp I am making - I am using multiple 3dlayers/nulls and I think it is connected to that... however I have never noticed that behavior previously

3d is not fully supported, is it only happening on the preview or also elsewhere?

in preview the whole plugin begins glitching and flickering not just the preview area but the entire interface - the buttons disappear but if i click in the area where they used to be, it returns to the main screen and all is fine... (or I get the error that not possible to preview and then nothing glitches)

do you have a reduced example of the issue?

also, is it happening when you load the animation on your site?

i will make a reduced project for testing purposes... as for lottie web preview/player - it works just fine
