Looks like the s390x architecture is big-endian, and these files are little-endian, so that's the issue.
Depending on the sparsity the problem might be too large, it's a little unusual to OOM but it can happen. I agree with @kalmarek, you should try the MKL version...
It looks like an issue with type sizes, do you know 1) what size integer SCS is compiled with and 2) what size integer your BLAS/LAPACK lib is compiled with?...

If you can edit the point at which yalmip calls SCS you can pass the arg in there. Otherwise I'm not sure what's going on. I think YALMIP is matlab...

Hi @xconverge, yes SCS 3.2.4 migrated (mostly) to the meson build system, since python 3.12 no longer supports the old setuptools way to install that SCS was using. For aarch64...
