Preprocessing script for MRI to CT synthesis RIRE dataset.

Usage

Install the requirements

pip install -r requirements.txt

and execute python download.py <workdir>.

To coregister use python coregister.py <workdir>. To remove background noise use python denoise.py <workdir>.
