Hello, I get this error when trying to activate Bootstrap 3 plugin:

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear the plugin doesn't work anymore. I haven't updated this plugin in ages, and I'm afraid I won't have time to investigate how to fix this in the near future.

I'm happy to accept any PR which will fix this, but I can't offer much more at this moment, sorry.
