Handle connection breakage

Neither daemon handles the AMQP broker or upstream Graphite server going walkies, this needs to be handled.

Testing this out at the moment. Looks like it handled a restart of the carbon-relay OK and also losing connection to an AMQP queue. While it logs that the connection has failed it doesn't log anything when the connection is re-established, which would be handy.
